Our Story
Hi, my name is Ralph Ave, Founder of Straight Resume Enhancement. I have helped dozens of people just like you tell their stories through resumes, so that they could land the jobs of their dreams.
As a retired Chief Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force Reserves and a current Federal employee for the United States Navy, I learned that individual titles do not matter as much as the relationships you create. That’s why I strive to support you in getting through the barriers so that you can leave an impact in your career. Leadership isn’t about who’s loudest. It’s ultimately about how you take care of the people around you.
