My name is Ralph Ave and I have been in multiple leadership positions throughout my career. I am a retired Chief Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force Reserves with a combined 20 years of total service on Active Duty and the Reserves. I have 7 years of Defense of Department Contractor experience and currently a Department of Defense civilian with the Department of Navy.

Straight Resume Enhancement was established after the struggles I went through after getting out of Active Duty searching for a job as a veteran then realized over time that there were others that went through the same thing. I then realized that the right words on your resume is what matters most when looking for employment due to technology advances looking for certain words instead of a person looking at it. This led me to writing resumes for veterans and civilians looking for employment and following up on their journey even after each completion.
